Based on the east coast of Australia, Adam is a husband, father of six, and mature-age student.
His work draws from years spent around second-hand materials, vintage items, and things that have survived beyond their intended use. Interested in nostalgia, collecting culture, and the reassignment of value, he treats ordinary objects as carriers of memory, identity, and cultural residue.
Influenced equally by society, domestic spaces, popular culture, and collecting practices such as tsundoku (積ん読) — his work is grounded in the belief that importance is often determined by attention and placement rather than rarity or prestige.
